Do you avoid deadlifting, squatting and bench pressing at the gym because you don’t know what you’re doing? Are you intimidated by these movements? If you want muscle or lean muscle tone then these movements must be essential in your fitness program!
Trainer Matt Landsidel is starting LEARN-2-LIFT drop-in classes. Each session will break down the big 4 compound movements: deadlift, squat, bench press, and overhead press. The sessions will run from 7:30-8:30pm and cost $25 for drop-in. Due to the complexity of these movements and wanting to ensure quality service to the participants, there is a capacity of 5 per class.
