Slice chicken breast open (butterfy) to create a larger size breast
Pre-heat pan to a medium-high heat
Fry chicken for 3-5 minutes each side
Place chicken breasts in an over proof pan, cover each breast with half the sauce and cheese
Serve with your favourite choice of veggies
