I starting with Leo six months ago, and after dealing with a physical burnout in the spring he has helped me rebuild my metabolism, increase my lean muscle, increase my strength substantially, and helped me reach my goal of being healthy, lean and strong.
Over the last six months I have been using the flexible dieting approach he recommended, along with two different strength training programming programs to increase my lean mass and start training for my first powerlifting competition in May 2018. Leo’s programming has not only allowed me to become the leanest I have ever been, but also the strongest – hitting weights in my lifts that are absolutely incredible.
Leo is extremely supportive and knowledgeable, making the slightest adjustments when needed to ensure that I am getting the nutrients I need to fuel my body but also making sure my body gets the rest and recovery it needs. His style of coaching has helped me regain confidence in myself, increased my energy, increased my strength and enjoy training again.
