The year the Kings Fitness TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE will be back!
This is a great time of year to focus on yourself again and get those transformations that may or may not have happened earlier in the year and with the summer events, occasions and vacations, this is a good time to get ready for those Christmas parties while finishing the year strong.
This will be a 12 week challenge, hosted by Leo King & Tia Tangen (Kings Fitness Nutrition Coaches), there will be an initial 2 week pre-tracking period so we understand your normal eating habits and consumption, we will then create an individual flexible dieting/macro counting plan working towards daily macros/calories, an individual training program to follow as well as week to week coaching, helping you achieve your goals! This is the most comprehensive and accountable plan available and you will get results!

Judging will be based on 3 different criteria:
Before/After comparison photos, weight & measurement changes, transformation story
- Assigned to a qualified nutrition coach
- Calorie and macro goals
- Customized strength training program
- Cardio prescription
- Supplement recommendations
- Goal setting
- Weekly communication via emails
- Results without the guesswork
