Throughout my 12 year training career I have overcome many challenges and you are likely experiencing similar obstacles on your journey to your fitness and wellness goals. We have all heard that experience is the best teacher. And I would agree, but taking things to the next level is what I do, so I learn relentlessly from leaders in the industry and I am part of a community of clinicians and coaches that are constantly sharing experiences and knowledge to help all of our clients reach or exceed their goals.
At 28 years old i was obese, i was in pain, and i had others that were counting on me. And so my journey began. losing 80lbs I then went on to building muscle followed by 3 separate movement and biomechanics courses enabling me to rehabilitate my knee, hips, elbows, shoulders and neck. For 12 years now I have spent hours almost everyday hunting for knowledge in resistance training, weight loss, nutrition, powerlifting, bodybuilding, biomechanics, applied physiology, functional range conditioning, rehabilitation, habits, psychology, neuroscience and many areas of human performance including the development of a healthy mindset and meditation practices.
As my studying and training continued, I learned that we all have the ability to reach unimaginable heights in health, fitness and life no matter where we start.
I enjoy working with all clients who are goal driven, and are open to learning the correct way to exercise and take care of their body and mind, restore movement and maximize results.
If your team is looking to take a championship this year then health and fitness must be a priority, I have also worked with Alberta Wrestling Academy as their head trainer and strength coach. And still coach some aspiring wrestling athletes today.
My Assessment and training protocols have been applied to clients of all ages and experience levels. Making improvements in weight loss, movement, muscle size, strength, mobility, stability, posture, breathing and exercise efficiency.
