My fitness career grew out of a love for sport and a passion for playing it. Following way too many years of schooling at the University of Alberta and Florida International University I began my ‘official career’ in Toronto doing fitness testing and training with everyone from kids to seniors to NHL athletes. Along the way I started my own company, Paramount Fitness & Consulting, and after moving to Calgary in 2009 I’ve been running my own company ever since.

I’ve been lucky enough to work with kids, elite athletes, young athletes, run a seniors fitness study, coach kids, help put on an educational conference at the Arnold Classic, live and work in Edmonton, Miami, Toronto Korea and Calgary, meet and work with many great people along the way and achieve some great results. Fitness is about a lifestyle and personal journey towards whatever goals YOU consider valuable. My job is to help you achieve those goals and I’d love to work with you!
