This is one of those meals that has barely any prep time and one that you don’t need to spend time doing the actual cooking. How easy is it to put a few ingredients into a pan and let cook for an hour while you focus on other tasks :)

Ingredients
- 4-8 whole chicken breasts trimmed
- 1 can soup cream of mushroom, asparagus etc
- 1/2 cup water

- 1 cup carrotes
- 1 cup potato
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup peppers
- 1/2 tsp seasonings salt, pepper etc

Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 425 and prepare all ingredients.
- Combine trimmed chicken breast, soup and water in a oven safe dish.
- Cover dish and place dish in the oven.
- Leave for 45 minutes covered, then remove lid for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with carb source and veggies as desired.
