This is a great snack to have when carbs are limited, a little fluffier than the regular waffles but who knows when you add in a little sugar free syrup ;)

- 1 scoop whey protein vanilla
- 1 egg whole
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 tbsp Low calorie maple syrup or zero calorie
- fruit
- cool whip
- cinnamon etc

Instructions
- Pre-heat waffle pan
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well, you want it slightly runny so you may want to add a drop of water
- Spray waffle pan with low calorie spray
- Pour mixture into pan
- Cook for about 1 minute or 30s per side (less than regular waffles)
- Serve top with your favourite macro friendly ingredients & enjoy! ☺

Alternative versions: depending on what your macros allow, try adding in pumpkin, apple sauce, coconut flour, have some fun with these :)
