  1. Pre-heat waffle pan
  2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well, you want it slightly runny so you may want to add a drop of water
  3. Spray waffle pan with low calorie spray
  4. Pour mixture into pan
  5. Cook for about 1 minute or 30s per side (less than regular waffles)
  6. Serve top with your favourite macro friendly ingredients & enjoy! ☺

Alternative versions: depending on what your macros allow, try adding in pumpkin, apple sauce, coconut flour, have some fun with these :)
